Description

A combination medication tablet containing 10mg of the active drug Dapagliflozin (in the form of its salt, "Dapagliflozin Propanediol Monohydrate") and 1000mg of Metformin Hydrochloride, used primarily to treat type 2 diabetes by effectively lowering blood sugar levels through a dual mechanism of action; Dapagliflozin helps the kidneys excrete excess glucose in urine while Metformin reduces the liver's glucose production and improves insulin sensitivity.
