Description

Fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), Lactulose, Resistant Dextrin (RD), and Polydextrose are all used to improve digestive health and relieve constipation. FOS and RD function as prebiotics, feeding good gut bacteria. Lactulose works as an osmotic laxative, drawing water into the colon to soften stools. RD and Polydextrose also add bulk to the stool and can help manage blood sugar and cholesterol.
