Composition

Each 5 ml. contains : Dextromethorphan Hydrobomide IP 10 mg. ChlorpheniramineMaleate IP 2 mg. Phenylephrine Hydrochloride IP 5 mg,(colour Ponceau 4R ),in a Palatable flavoured base.

Description

This formula is a standard cough and cold syrup containing Dextromethorphan (10 mg) as a cough suppressant, Chlorpheniramine (2 mg) as an antihistamine, and Phenylephrine (5 mg) as a nasal decongestant per 5 ml. It treats dry cough, stuffy nose, sneezing, and watery eyes caused by colds or allergies.
