Description

This combination medication, containing Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide (a cough suppressant) and Chlorpheniramine Maleate (an antihistamine), is used to temporarily relieve coughs, sneezing, and runny nose associated with common colds, hay fever, or other upper respiratory allergies.
