Description

 A combination medication used to treat type 2 diabetes, where the active ingredients are essentially the same as a 50mg dose of Sitagliptin and a 500mg dose of Metformin Hydrochloride, used together to effectively control high blood sugar levels when diet and exercise alone are not sufficient; this combination is typically prescribed for patients whose blood sugar is not adequately managed with either medication alone.
